Greetings BRES Community,

As the Assistant Principal, I am passionate about creating a school environment where every student feels seen, supported, and inspired to succeed. I lead with integrity, compassion, and purpose—focusing on academic excellence, meaningful relationships, and a culture of accountability.

With over 23 years of experience in education—including roles in HeadStart elementary, middle school, and 11 years in administration—I bring a well-rounded perspective to school leadership. I am excited to work closely with teachers, families, and the community to ensure that all students have the tools they need to thrive. I’m proud to serve in a school where we live out the motto: “Learn Locally, Lead Globally.”

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, a Master’s in Elementary Education with a specialty in Language and Literacy, an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, and a Doctorate in Christian Education.

Outside of school, I am a devoted wife to Curtis Bing and a proud mother of 11 children. I am actively involved in faith-based ministries near and far, mentoring, and advocating for families throughout our communities. I truly believe that Relationships Matter, and each day I strive to help shape confident, capable individuals who are prepared to Lead Globally.
